Scope of Services

At Blue Peak Valuation Group, we provide professional business valuation reports to help you make informed decisions regarding your business. Our services include:

• Strategic planning insights.

• Partnership buyouts and disputes.

• Investment evaluations.

Non-Certified Valuations

• Our reports are intended for general business insights, planning, and decision-making purposes.

• These are not certified appraisals and may not be suitable for SBA loans, litigation, or tax purposes unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the accuracy and reliability of our valuation reports, clients are required to:

• Provide complete and accurate information, including financial documents, operational data, and market details.

• Respond promptly to any follow-up questions or requests for clarification.

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the report resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

Payment Terms

• Upfront Payment: All services require full payment of $2,750 before the valuation process begins.

• No Refunds: Due to the time and resources required for each valuation, payments are non-refundable once the valuation process has started. Clients may cancel their valuation request within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund due to the time and resources allocated to the project

Delivery Timeline

• Our standard delivery time is 3 business days after all required information has been submitted.

• Delays may occur if additional follow-up or clarification is needed.

Limitations of Liability

While we strive to deliver accurate and actionable valuation reports, Blue Peak Valuation Group is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on the valuation report.

• Any financial loss, damages, or disputes resulting from the use of our services.

Suitability of Reports

• Our reports are not designed for certified appraisal purposes or use in court proceedings, tax disputes, or SBA loan applications.

Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials provided by Blue Peak Valuation Group are protected by copyright. Clients may not copy, share, or distribute the report or any part of it without our prior written consent.

Privacy Policy

By using our services, you also agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business information.

Changes to These Terms
