Blue Peak Valuation Group Policies
At Blue Peak Valuation Group, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional business valuation services. Transparency, integrity, and customer satisfaction are at the core of everything we do. 1. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of the information shared with us. All data provided by clients will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of completing the requested valuation. We do not disclose or share client information with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include business valuation reports for purposes such as buying or selling a business, partnership buyouts, and general value assessment. Blue Peak Valuation Group does not provide certified appraisals but offers professional valuations using industry-standard methodologies and detailed analysis.
For complex or regulated matters requiring certified appraisals, we recommend consulting with a certified appraiser or CPA specializing in valuations.
3. Accuracy of Information
The accuracy of the valuation report depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all relevant financial, operational, and market data submitted is correct. Blue Peak Valuation Group is not liable for inaccuracies or omissions in client-provided data.
4. Payment Policy
Payment is due in full before services commence. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other secure online payment methods. Once payment is received, customers will fill out the Customer Intake Form and we will begin the valuation process and follow up with a phone consultation to ensure all questions are answered. All payments are final, and refunds are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon due to extenuating circumstances.
5. Turnaround Time
Valuation reports are typically delivered within 5 business days of Payment. Depending on the complexity of the request and the completeness of the client’s submission, the reports will be provided no more than 3 business days after the phone consultation is complete. Expedited services may be available for an additional fee. Any delays caused by incomplete information or additional client requests will impact the timeline.
6. Communication
Our team will communicate with clients primarily via email or phone to collect necessary information, provide updates, and deliver reports. Any questions or concerns can be directed to our support team at [support email/phone number], and we will respond promptly during regular business hours.
7. Use of Valuation Reports
Valuation reports provided by Blue Peak Valuation Group are intended for informational purposes only. They are not legally binding documents and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions without consulting other qualified professionals, such as accountants or attorneys.
8. Liability
Blue Peak Valuation Group provides business valuation services based on the methodologies, data, and industry standards available at the time of the report. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for decisions made based on our valuation reports. Clients are encouraged to seek additional professional advice for critical financial or legal decisions.
9. Revisions and Adjustments
Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of receiving the final report. Revisions are limited to correcting errors or clarifying data points. Significant changes in scope or additional analysis may require an additional fee.
10. Marketing and Testimonials
Blue Peak Valuation Group may request testimonials or feedback from clients to improve our services and promote our business. Any testimonials used in marketing materials will require prior client approval and will not disclose sensitive or identifying information without consent.
11. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their valuation request within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund due to the time and resources allocated to the project.
12. Changes to Policies
Blue Peak Valuation Group reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and updated policies will be posted on our website.
